特異性
The mouse monoclonal antibody GHI/75 recognizes CD85j antigen, an 110-120 kDa membrane glycoprotein expressed strongly on plasma cells, moderately on circulating B cells, and weakly on monocytes. It is also expressed on T cell and NK cell subsets (variable, individual).

CD85j (ILT-2; Ig-like transcript 2, LIR-1; leukocyte Ig-like receptor 1 or LILRB1; leukocyte Ig-like receptor B1) is a member of Ig superfamily transmembrane glycoproteins named CD85. The CD85j protein is expressed on several types of immune cells (plasma cells, B cells, monocytes, T and NK cell subsets) where it binds to MHC class I molecules on antigen-presenting cells and transduces a negative signal that inhibits stimulation of an immune response. It is thought to control inflammatory responses and cytotoxicity to help focus the immune response and limit autoreactivity.
利用方法
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells. Recommended usage is 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10^6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
保存方法
Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
