特異性
The mouse monoclonal antibody MEM-136 recognizes common epitope on β-chain of human HLA-DR and HLA-DP. It reacts with α/β dimer as well as with dissociated β-subunit. DR and DP are the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).

利用方法
The reagent is designed for indirect immunofluorescence analysis by Flow Cytometry. Suggested working usage is 2.5 µg/ml. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product, but working concentrations should be validated by the investigator.
保存方法
Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
