特異性
The mouse monoclonal antibody MEM-136 recognizes common epitope on β-chain of human HLA-DR and HLA-DP. It reacts with α/β dimer as well as with dissociated β-subunit. DR and DP are the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).

利用方法
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells. Recommended usage is 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10^6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
保存方法
Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
