特異性

The mouse monoclonal antibody MEM-131 recognizes CD99R antigen, an epitope restricted to a subset of CD99 molecule expressed on myeloid cells, NK cells and T lymphocytes.

抗原情報

CD99 (E2, MIC2) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is involved in regulation of T cell addhesive properties and programmed cell death distinct from typical apoptosis course. CD99 roles are specific to certain stages of T cell differentiation such as corticothymocytes. CD99R isoform expression is restricted in the haematopoietic system to T, NK and myeloid cells.

利用方法

The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells. Recommended usage is 20 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10^6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (2 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.

保存方法

Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
