特異性
The mouse monoclonal antibody NKTA255 recognizes CD305 (LAIR1) antigen, a 40 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on NK, T, and B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, eosinophils, basophils, mast cells, CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells and thymocytes.
抗原情報
CD305 (LAIR1; leukocyte-associated Ig-like receptor 1) is an inhibitory receptor found on many types of peripheral blood cells. It serves to suppress cell cytotoxicity, activation, proliferation, and differentiation regarding autoantigens via its two intracellular ITIM sites. CD305 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the leukocyte-associated inhibitory receptor family of proteins. It reacts with collagen ligands.
利用方法
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells. Recommended usage is 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10^6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
保存方法
Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
